Liability & Responsibility
Swimming involves natural risks, including slipping, falling, or impact injuries. By participating, you confirm the student is physically fit with no medical conditions that make swimming unsafe. You accept these risks for both free trials and future lessons.
SwimChicken is a matching agency that connects students with independent coaches. The coaches are not our employees.
The independent coach is 100% responsible for the student's safety and supervision. SwimChicken is not legally or financially liable for any accidents, injuries, medical bills, or property damage. Any claims must be directed to the coach, not SwimChicken.
Footage & Permission
Students and parents are not permitted to take photographs, videos, or sound recordings during the lesson without prior approval.
Emergency & Consent
In the event of an accident requiring emergency treatment, I grant permission for the coach on duty or the independent coach to seek medical treatment.
I understand I am financially responsible for any medical expenses.
I will not hold SwimChicken, the coach on duty, or the independent coach responsible for any accident arising from this emergency treatment.
